When we experience painful emotions and traumatic life events, we store them in three places: our subconscious mind, our physical body, and our energetic field. In this session I help you identify, process, and either transmute these negative energies into positive, uplifting energies, or release them from your energetic field entirely. This is a quick 30-45 min process, and can be done from the comfort of your home or office. This step is crucial in any healing process, physical or mental, because energies can keep us stuck in unknowingly repeating unwanted painful cycles and recreating traumatic situations that resemble the traumas we are attempting to heal from.
