I am Lola Sol. I am a healer, psychic, light activator, and a master at reprogramming the subconscious mind. But years ago I was none of these things, (at least, I didn't know that I was.)​

Four years ago I was completely lost, disconnected entirely from my inner light and my soul's purpose. I was addicted to heroin, homeless, stuck in toxic, codependent relationships, and living my life entirely for those around me. As an exotic dancer I often had men ask me, "What do you do outside of this?" or "What do you do for fun?" And the truth was, I had no idea. I had no goals, ambitions, dreams, not even hobbies! I had spent so much of numbing from the pain I could not face, that I had lost the ability to feel joy, excitement, and curiosity!

Now, I am 27 year old entrepreneur, free from toxic relationships, opioids, and energy vampires, living in a brand new city and following my dreams of building a healing retreat that focuses on the mind, body, and energy. Every service I offer are things that I personally learned on my journey that helped me to break free of lack mindset, limiting beliefs, and energetic blocks that kept me stuck enduring the same generational curses that the women before me had. I am here to share these methods with you so that you can also become the cycle breaker that your ancestors our counting on you to be.
